These terms are a plain-language placeholder for Nivodisk during development and do not yet constitute final legal terms. They will be replaced before general availability. By using the service you agree to the current version in effect.
1. The service
Nivodisk provides internet-accessible storage you can mount over WebDAV. Your files reside on our servers and require a supported internet connection to access. We do not guarantee offline availability.
2. Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for keeping your account password and drive credentials confidential. Drive credentials are distinct from your login; you can rotate or revoke them at any time. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to store or distribute unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to access other accounts' data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Plans, billing, and cancellation
Paid plans grant a storage quota for the billing period. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current period. Prices shown during development are provisional and may change before launch.
5. Data and retention
You retain ownership of your files. On cancellation or termination, data is handled per our retention practices described in the Privacy Policy. Keep your own backups of anything important.
6. Disclaimers and liability
During development the service is provided "as is," without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited. These placeholder terms will be superseded by final terms before general availability.
